Return Policy

1. Legitimate reasons for return

Product returns will only be accepted for legitimate reasons. The customer must clearly explain the reason for the return and ensure that it complies with the conditions stipulated below.

2. Shipping and costs

Shipping costs for returned products are entirely borne by the customer. These will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for the return.

3. Payment term

Payment for returned products will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the return. The money will be fully transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer, after verifying the returned product.

4. Exceptions for returns

- Hygienic products: Returns of hygienic or personal care products that have been used or unsealed, such as personal care products and consumables, are not accepted.
- Original packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns of products that are no longer accompanied by their original packaging are not accepted.
- Unsealed products: Returns of unsealed products are not accepted. In the case of products purchased in multiple units, only one can be unsealed for return. The remaining products must be sealed.
- Unfounded return reason: Returns of products are not accepted based on reasons such as "it's not like the picture" or "it doesn't match the description" (the photos presented are suggestive). Also, products cannot be returned if they do not fit in size; all sizes are displayed on the website.

5. Usage fee

For used products, a fee of 10% of their value will be charged, depending on the degree of use.

6. Exchange procedure

If the exchange procedure is not possible, the refund will be made in full to the bank account indicated by the customer.

7. Maximum time for return

Product returns are no longer possible after 14 days from the date of receipt.

8. Return conditions

Products must be accompanied by all accessories and gifts with which they were delivered. If multiple products of the same type are returned, make sure that only one has been unsealed; the other products must be sealed to be accepted.
